Móoca em Monóculos
Academic project | Photography
Concept / Photography / Production
The objective of the project was to create a narrative of the city from a tourist perspective. I decided to photograph a neighbourhood i did not know then, called “Móoca”, which is an old district first occupied by italian immigrants, and which still keeps the same old atmosphere.
To match the narrative theme, the chosen format to exhibit the pictures was an old object called “monóculos” (in portuguese), just like the image in the left.
